ՓՆՏՐԵԼ       #4-5 (118-119) / Ապրիլ-Մայիս 2010   Gohar Ghazaryan WAYS TO CONTROLAND REGULATE THE RA NATIONAL DEBT The RA national debt policy is not justified both in internal and external aspects as the weight of each has increased in the GNP. It means that the mutual influence of the GNP and income taxes has increased. In this situation it is necessary to set up a policy for the formation of the national debt annually decreasing its weight in the GNP. On the other hand the national debt policy must be led with the intention to gradually decrease the weight of the external debt in total debt therefore increase internal debt.
