ՓՆՏՐԵԼ       #13 (114) / Դեկտեմբեր 2009   Tigran DAVTYAN 2010 WILL BE PREDICTABLE, BALANCED 2010 should be predictable balanced year both for the budget and for our economy in general. §In my assessment next year,s budget should be a budget of stabilization. We entered the phase of stabilization since August, the tendency was reinforced up till the end of the year. From stabilization phase still in 2010 we will return to the phase of economic growth, sure not by the rates we had previously but we will have indices of economic growth since January. Though we faced economic decline in the previous year our macroeconomic stability did not deteriorate and the decline in volumes and indices did not bring to macroeconomic instability in the country. Now we can say more confidently that we will not have any problem in macroeconomic field in 2010, and everything will be balanced. Both the budget and macroeconomic indices would be carried out in the highest level. In 2010 budget is fully balanced. And despite high level deficit we clearly know the sources of financing deficit. They are partly internal sources, and partly external. The next year,s budget I near 1 trillion AMD and 100 percent safety¦.
