OFFERED APPROACHES TO THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE LEVELING DOTATION FOR INTER-COMMUNITY UNITIES AND YEREVAN COMMUNITIES

Financial leveling is one of the important functions of the state budget
policy. Its aim is to smooth financial differences between communities
as well as strengthen and develop their financial resources. New principals
of leveling dotations will be very important for sustainable development
in Yerevan. In the future first of all this principal will give an opportunity
to provide the leveling dotations to a trans-community institute that
includes indigent communities, which, as a result, will contribute to the
whole trans-community institute for the territorial development.
