REAL ESTATE AND THE GLOBAL CRISIS

This article presents mortgage systems in the United States and
Russian Federation and their role in the outset of the mortgage crisis.
Mortgage systems and the impact of the mortgage crisis on the whole
financial system are discussed. The article also presents the steps the
RA government has made to mitigate the consequences of the mortgage
crisis. The main causes of the mortgage crisis are presented in
several blocks, after what the negative impact of the crisis on Armenia
is observed in detail.
