ՓՆՏՐԵԼ       #12 (113) / Նոյեմբեր 2009   Ilona Petrosyan PRINCIPLES OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY REGUTION Transition to a market economy requires a qualitatively new approach to state regulation of foreign economic activity. It is obvious that the goals and objectives of such regulation should be different to those in the administrative and planning system. In order to protect its national interests the government regulates foreign trade and in one or the other way has an impact on the members arising from this relationship by supporting or creating adverse conditions for certain types of foreign economic activity.
